I was terrified of visiting a dentist. But i can honestly say since visiting this dental practise my fear has completely gone. Staff are very friendly and Dr Ballard is very professional and friendly. I've had a couple of fillings including root canal and had a new crown fitted and with no pain at all. I would definately recommend anyone visit the practise. Thanks.

I have never ever experienced such a brutal, disrespectful dentist than Dr Ballard, complete sadist! It has put me off dentists for life. Even when I told her she was hurting me, she carried on regardless and told me she likes to "dig deep" to get right under the gum line and thats how she works. She knew she had really hurt me as when I left her room she told me to be quiet and not say anything when I walked back in to reception as she had a nervous patient in next and didnt want me to scare her!!! She put her finger to her lips and told me to be quiet!!! Disgusting. She should be struck off. If I could give minus stars she would get -1000.
I have known the team at Smile Dental for a number of years .They are a very friendly with good support staff and an incredibly helpful team. Both dental consultants have a great deal of experience and professionalism and I have no hesitation in recommending the practice.
