I booked am appointment to have my false tooth cemented back in and was charged 60, its normally 30, when I queried the bill I was told it was 25 for an emergency appointment. When I said I didnt ask for one they didn't want to know. What a rip off. Am 65 on a state pension, and after 15 years of going their I expected something better. Last time I will be going their and that goes for my family and friends as well.
Was suffering with terrible toothache on Friday night. Called the practice first thing Saturday and was given an appointment for that morning. Very friendly greeting upon arrival by the reception staff and I admit I was feeling nervous as I have a slight phobia with Dentists but the reception staff did their best to put me at ease. Was called to see Dr Ieva Januleviciute who was really friendly and she and her dental nurse immediately made me feel less nervous. Unfortunately I had to have the tooth extracted, but Dr Ieva Januleviciute explained the whole process and the procedure was quick and painless from start to finish with both Dentist and nurse reassuring me throughout with both being extremely professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Dentist, as someone who has a phobia of Dentists, they have made me feel much more at ease and in future will be less stressed. Had an appointment today with Sean, A superb dentist. Like most people I'm not a huge fan of Dentistry but Sean was great in how he went thru the procedure! I'll go back and get Him to do the work! A happy Customer today!
They have looked after my teeth and gums for many years - probably about 20. Their dentists and hygienists are first class, and I have always found their receptionists very professional with good customer service.I did try a few other dentists in the area, but had a few issues with them. These ones were the best I found, so I stayed with them.Highly recommended.
