I went there to ask for a quotation for some body work. I was standing at the reception while very arrogant and unfriendly receptionist was typing up an email. after waiting 5 minutes being completely ignored she said it's going to cost me 40 plus VAT for someone to come outside for walk 5 meters and have a 1 minute look at the car. An absolute disgusting attitude very and unpolite and unfriendly. I also overheard a conversation from an other customer who had some issue with a small truck and he was also treated very badly. never again. I would give this -1 star if it would be available.
Brilliant repairs on my Audi Q7 after a non fault accident. Very quick, efficient and professional turnaround.Had to change to one star. The Repair was good, but then I was sent an invoice for running scuffs a month later, even though when I returned the car, there was no damage or scuffs. Currently waiting for images of the so called scuffs and then I will take it legal. Not sure who is in the wrong, Rye Street or Enterprise

I had given my car here after it was my insurances approved garage. Very dissapointed with the work after non fault accident. My car had to go in again as the job was not completed to good standard and still came back the same. Very bad garage as even after second attemp didnt rectify the problem. Dont answer phones so its nightmare to get hold of. Would not recommended.
