Completely ruined my vehicle that went in with a simple rear bumper minor paint issue. Went in twice and I have ended up with a complete mess of other panels badly painted that shouldn't have been touched, a missing lock on the fuel cap, broken child locks, a see through bumper protector painted over, faulty parking sensors and spilt paint on the back door! Looking now to recover the full cost of the vehicle via the insurance. Steer clear! They have gone bust!
Worst customer service! Had my car repaired here, reluctantly as it was the insurance who were paying for it, Id have preferred a local company but the insurance company insisted I used this place. Perhaps a few backhanders going on there? Anyway, I put my trust in them. Got it booked in. Then the date changed, then it changed again, they failed to order the correct body parts, had to be sent off twice for work to be done. Eventually get the car back, work done was ok. Although the parking sensors no longer work. Phoned them no less than 5 times about this, they said theyd get it sorted. Was promised itll be sorted by mid December, still nothing. Been trying to call every day since around 23rd December 2018 up until now 4th January 2019 and it appears as if theyve left the phone off the hook as its constantly engaged. Im not sure whats going on here and cannot seem to get through to anyone. Theyre no longer answering emails too. I can only assume theyre off for Christmas break, but there is no indication of this on their website or even a voice message on their phone to state this. Its crazy. Im getting it repaired elsewhere and will be billing them for it.
