We recently sold our flat through William H Brown Broxbourne and have to say these guys were excellent from start to finish.The first appointment we had was with Isa who visited the property and gave us a very fair valuation and did a good job of setting our expectations.Once we had all photos done and instructed to sell James and Angie took over from that point both were on the ball and were in regular contact regarding viewing, offers and general calls to touch base from time to time. It didnt take them very long to get us an offer and once they did Dan did a great job of liaising between all parties ensuring the process went as smooth as possible right up to completion which took away all the stress you would usually associate with moving.Overall I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending William H Brown Broxbourne they did a fantastic job and should we decide to move again I know which estate agent I will be calling.
Fantastic Agent. I have sold, brought and used their letting services and they have been superb. Isa was honest and knowledgeable when he spoke to me about marketing my property and I dealt with James, Matt and Dan throughout the viewings and selling process. Not to be trusted, make sure you obtain any statements about a property in writing as they lied in order to get a house sold and failed to take responsibility for the wrong information provided. Would not recommend following the awful experience.

What was evident from experience with some other agents is that they obviously took the time to do the necessary groundwork to engage with prospective purchasers to find out their requirements as quality viewings were provided throughout.
