Used to love this place. NO MORE!! Called yesterday to order for a birthday dinner. Now waiting for 20 mins past the agreed delivery time..... no phone call no apology!!!!!! Disgusting phone manner when called to complain- I only work here we were told. Embarrassing or what!?!?! We were told the driver left at 7:25 and we should allow for traffic.... but we requested 7:15 delivery..... sorry doesnt add up!! Shameful service madina, will be telling everyone aswell.
