Nice place to sit in the sun and have a bite to eat. Canal and fields where you can walk the dog. Nice area.
Friendly clean can be a bit slow at times but it was worth the wait well done
Great cup of coffee , good cakes and when we returned from our bike ride and they were closing a hot cuppa was offered so we could warm up.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Food very tasty and excellent value. Very happy to have found this little haven . Actually forget 4 stars, make that 5!
We fancied a ride out on the old bike and choose the Lee Valley park where we stumbled across this cafe. It doesn't look much more than a hut with a few tables outside. The lady who served us was friendly and her homemade chicken and sweetcorn soup was absolutely delicious. Alys had rhubarb cake which she enjoyed too. A few yards along the river bank we found a model railway club and an old water wheel. A 5 star afternoon!
