The whole spa experience was second to non. I felt rejuvenated and the hospitality was excellent
Nice grounds, mostly golf course. Could do with a tidy. Last night's pint glasses were still stashed on radiators and in corners at 1pm on Friday.
Amazing time at the spa which was mini hen do. Facial and massage amazing both done by Jennifer and Louise. Dawn the receptionist went out of her way to help even going to her car to get some serum for my grandaughter to wash her hair. Thank you all for a great time.
Jennifer is very good as professional yet also friendly and informative. She makes you feel relaxed and she has a lovely personality.She is very knowledgeable and excellent at her job - I would highly recommend her!
Excellent massage from Jennifer every time I come here. Relaxing place with calming music and a water fountain in the 'common room' where you wait. Sometimes they mess up bookings but other than that, all good.
