Awful first & last experience, gave me food poisoning & indigestion for a few days, small portions on small tables, hardly any meat! For mains a couple of sides & two alcoholic drinks for me & my wife was nearly 50 an absolute joke
I've been here three times great service great food I think was consistent the meat for my curry was very tender great flavours I would recommend to anybody best Indian in Hertfordshire
Used to be the best curry place , lately going downhill just waited an hour and a half for a takeaway when told to 20 minutes to get it home and been given wrong order. Took it back the staff was absolutely diabolical and rude
Worst customer service I have every encountered!! Totally unreasonable reaction to our complaint that the vegetarian meal we ordered online was incorrect and we were actually given chicken, no apology, no compensation, just a demand that we return the chicken dish before they would exchange and provide the vegetarian meal we had actually ordered. It really is no wonder its empty all the time. There are so many better Indian restaurants to choose from locally so do yourselves a favour and give the Cumin a miss
As a local we have used this restaurant for many years and have noticed a steady decline in service and quality of food...on this particular occasion we ordered online and we collected the order only to find they given us a wrong dish which wasn't too much of a problem, until they were completely reluctant to rectify the situation. They were completely unapologetic and demanded we return the incorrect dish before replacing it with the vegetarian dish we had ordered. By the time they reluctantly exchanged the wrong dish, the rest of the food was cold....the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Will never eat there again. To be honest one star is too much for this place
